In the heart of Houston, Texas, a storm is brewing—loud, raw, and unapologetically real. Formed in 2023, The Mother Talkers are shaking the city’s music scene with a fearless blend of punk energy, blues grit, alternative edge, and rock ‘n’ roll swagger.
Front and center is Alesia, whose powerhouse vocals cut through like a lightning bolt. Alongside her, Fig brings haunting melodies on keyboards while sharing lead vocals. On guitar, Al Ramirez thrashes out riffs that burn with intensity, his backing vocals echoing like gasoline on fire. Joe Calcaño makes the bass growl, while Trucu drives the chaos forward with relentless drumbeats.
Their debut album, Houston, You Have a Problem, is a sonic middle finger to monotony. With tracks like I Have Lost My Mind, Venezuelan in Houston, and Weekdays From Hell, it's a soundtrack for late-night drives and warehouse gigs.
